Peter Island Resort Reopens: A Firsthand Look at the Revitalized Luxury Escape in the BVI
After hearing all the buzz about the long-awaited reopening of Peter Island Resort & Marina, we couldn’t resist the opportunity to visit and see for ourselves what the new and improved experience had to offer. Having been closed since Hurricane Irma in 2017, Peter Island’s return is a major milestone for the British Virgin Islands’ luxury travel scene.
From the moment we arrived it was clear that this wasn’t just a reopening – it was a complete reimagination of the resort. Blending Caribbean charm with elevated modern luxury, Peter Island has managed to preserve its natural beauty while introducing first-class accommodations, dining and marina services.
